All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the date you received your purchase. All returned items must be in the condition which they were received by you with all parts.

Please note, you (customer) will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail or deliver your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We do not offer refunds on material cost, therefore the maximum refunded amount may be equal or up to the total cost of labor charged.
